Fell in love with sopes on this trip in Arizona and Texas but and we dont have them near us in Ohio. Love the texture its like nothing ive ever tried. We were passing thru on the way back home and had hubby look for a place with Sopes and yay found this and reviews were fantastic. I got 3 sopes and hubby ate 1. 2 were plenty. Wish we would had fork and possibly knife. Messy for car dining but delicious and filling. Hubby got 2 tacos ... soft tacos and liked them. Liked red sauce but green was too for him. Definitely recommend if authentic Mexican food is your goal. SUPER Small drive thru restaurant with couple outside tables. No indoor seating. Very authentic. Great food and great prices.

Santo Moly! Never heard of a torta before this delightful experience. Thought it was turtle related or sumpn and I like turtles, might as well. Anyways, it was chicken and mighty tasty. Pair with some pineapple agua, muy muy bueno 10/10 will be back!!! Señor Red stamp of approval!

This place is a drive thru location with 3 tables outside. The smell was amazing and I had high hopes. I ordered 2 al pastor tacos and 1 carne asada burrito. The al pastor tacos had a very soft tortilla and the flavoring was good, but nothing crazy. I would come again for the tacos if I was nearby, but I would not get the burrito. The burrito was disappointing. It had lettuce and sour cream which I was not a fan of. I was expecting a standard authentic burrito with rice, beans, meat, onion and cilantro but I got something else. It tasted similar to Taco Bell, so I was not a fan.

The food was very delicious, the taco is an must get for sure. The people is pretty close attention. They do run out of an lot of meat sometime, so you should definitely go early if you want to try all the meats

This place has "come up" since I first started going there when it was literally a food truck. There's very limited seating outside, so I mainly order to-go. That being said, these are some of the best tacos and tortas in town! And very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

A great quick eats option! Super fast service. You order from the window and can take food to go or eat outside at their picnic tables. No indoor seating. We ordered tacos and a torta with various meats--all delicious and fairly priced. Will be back!

If you're looking for Tex-mex or gringo style tacos with lettuce, tomatoes, and guac, - do not come here. If you're wanting some real authentic tacos, look no further!! I ordered 4 tacos. 2) carne Asada and 2) Al pastor. - meat ratio to tortilla is great. They don't skimp on the meat - toppings are cilantro and onions - comes with some pickled carrots, radish - they give you 2 salsas. Red and green. The green is spicier if you want some heat -$2.00 per taco - went thru drive thru- was able to order thru there. Food came out quick. - the corn tortilla even hits different. They're light and fluffy Accepts cards. My new favorite spot.

Taqueria don carbon express is definitely a place worth trying and enjoying. The place is like a food truck without wheels. They have a drive thru window where you can order as well as a few benches outside where you can sit and enjoy your meal. The food also comes out fairly quickly. My favorite part about this place is the price. The prices were extremely reasonable; $1.5 for a taco! The flavor felt very close to authentic Mexican tacos. They also provide two types of salsa you can add to your dish. Overall, I think this place a great option for quick Mexican street food. Encourage people to try it!

Despite being situated in an unassuming yellow building Don Carbon delivers food that is outstanding and should draw visits from all over Nashville. Whether it be the extremely cheap ($1.5/per) prices for their delicious tacos or the wonderful service experience (received a complimentary drink simply because he wanted us to try it), Don Carbon is a must visit and can be easily accessed off the 3 line.
